Greenfields are going to back to work 

As from the 1st of June.

Our customers will be informed of over the nest few days via email of the changes we have made to make sure we are able to return to work ad whats safe working practices we have put in place. 

We still have a few spaces available within the local area to provide new customers with servicing, repair and installation requirements.

News Update.........

As from 10th May 2020 @ 7pm

Boris Johnson has unveiled a "conditional plan" to reopen society, allowing people in England to spend more time outdoors from Wednesday.

The PM also said people who could not work from home should return to the workplace - but avoid public transport.

He said a new Covid Alert System with five levels would govern how quickly lockdown restrictions could be eased.

He hoped the next step "at the earliest by 1 June" would be for some primary pupils to return to school in England.

What does this mean in regards to Greenfields ?

Greenfields & Covid -19 Update

After the Governments announcement last night (23rd March) we will keep the office open but, made the decision to postpone mobile servicing and repairs until further notice and will be monitoring the situation. This announcement has given us no choice, once the restrictions are lifted we will be in contact with you and offer new appointments.

Warranty Caravan and Motorhomes:

Most of the UK manufactures have released statements regarding the extension of service dates and i'm sure the rest will follow suit. We are in contact with the NCC and AWS to receive updates.

For warranty repairs we will handle them in the same way.

Greenfields have been awarded an Approved Service and Repair Workshop. We are able to provide repairs to your caravan or motorhome also service them to uphold the Swift manufactures warranty with out taking back to your dealer.

Swift have now announced today that there offices are now closed and services are now going to be delayed.

INFORMATION RELATING TO SERVICING We have introduced a 3 month grace period either side of your service due date. Please be reminded that your service date is the anniversary of when your vehicle was registered for warranty and not the previous service date. Many thanks

In response to recent Government announcements relating to the prevention of the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have taken the decision to suspend all our business activities with immediate effect.

Regrettable as this action may be, the health and wellbeing of our employees remains our main priority and we are therefore keen that they are able to follow Government advice to stay at home in order to protect the NHS and save lives.

At present we are planning to return to work on Tuesday 21st April subject to further guidance.

If you need to get hold of us before then please email info@baileyofbristol.co.uk and we will endeavor to assist as best we can.

For owners concerned about getting their caravan or motorhome serviced in the coming weeks to maintain the warranty, we will be extending the due date of the 2020 annual vehicle service by an additional four months.

Notice to all our customers.

Many of our customers who are due their Annual Service are contacting us concerned about meeting their deadline dates due to the Coronavirus restrictions placed upon Companies, Dealerships and Service Centres etc.
Please, do not worry. We will not penalise any customers within this period providing their caravan is serviced within 90 days of the Government restrictions being lifted.

Until this time, we hope you and your families remain safe and look forward to touring in the future.
