So delighted with the Habitation check they did for our new motorhome. At last we have found technicians who know what they are talking about and being family run the quality of service is TOP NOTCH.

Great customer focused and fast service. Following our visit to Greenfield’s on 4th February 2025, a few days later we arrived in Devon for a short break. Using the Ma-Ve levelling system for the first time since putting our van in the capable hands of Jason and Julie it’s now working better than it has ever done so before. Julie and Jason listened to our previous experience of using the Ma-Ve system that had been installed (by a different company), took that on board and used the information in diagnosing and importantly resolving the problem, we immediately had confidence in them. It’s good to be listened to! We will no doubt return to Greenfield’s when servicing is required in future. Two very happy campervanners, Gary & Lindsey. Wimborne

Brilliant Service- TV Aerial saved our wet holiday You recently did our service and fitted a new aerial. Just wanted to say that we really appreciated the fact that you fitted the aerial with not much notice. We had wet weather for most of the 20 days whilst away and having TV made the world of difference to our holiday. Thank you so much

Going off grid with sleep apnoea Jason, Julie and the great team at Greenfields have recently fitted an upgrade to our caravan which has enabled us to go off grid for the first time. They have fitted an additional leisure battery, a 160 watt solar panel and a 12v 20 amp socket next to the bed. I suffer from Sleep Apnoea, a condition where I stop breathing while sleeping. In order to ensure this condition does not cause me serious harm I need to use a positive air therapy machine which needs to be able to run continually while I sleep. The upgrades done by Greenfields have made sure this happens with no issues. I can't thank you enough.

Outstanding service from a family run business Jason and Julie went above and beyond to help me out, despite not normally working weekends they made a special trip to my late stepdad’s home to help me out and sort the electrical problem.. They couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was to much trouble. They even took the time to explain the problem. I can’t rate this family run business highly enough.. CHEERS GUYS YOU ARE TRULY AMAZING..

Emergency Issue- Great support I contacted Greenfields caravan and motorhome servicing on a recommendation by phone with an emergency issue of dead leisure batteries which I desperately needed replacing with a lithium battery I had already purchased. The urgency was that I had to get back for my mothers funeral and although I wasn't an existing customer I was told if I could get to their workshop they would help me out. Fortunately I was able to swap the battery myself with a bit of help from the battery supplier. But the kindness extended to me by Julie and her team needs to be acknowledged which I duly do her.

Whale heater alternative replacement I have used Greenfields for a couple of years now, always excellent. This time my Whale hot water heater started leaking at the gasket, a common fault. A direct replacement was expensive and had a long delivery time. Greenfields were able to source an alternative which also needed a different control switch. Fitting was quick, couldn't tell it was different heater and controller. Went away the other weekend and all worked perfectly. Excellent job. Clean and tidy work, always clearly explains what the job entails. Highly recommended.

I took my motorhome here for a habitation service and was delighted with the thorough way it was performed. On arrival the place looks a little forbidding with a security gate, warnings not to enter until given clearance etc But one should not be put off. It's understandable as there is caravan storage and other facilities which need the high level of security. Once inside the welcome is warm and accommodating. At the end of the service every checked item was thoroughly explained and great care was taken to ensure that everything was in order. I will certainly bring my van here for the next service. I recommend them highly.
