Greenfields Caravan and Motorhome Servicing are Expanding

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join the family run business based in Sandhurst in Berkshire.

This would suit somebody that has an interest in the leisure industry, mainly caravans and motorhomes and loves talking to people

This  role maybe interesting to a Mum / Dad  / college / student / school leaver.

However we are looking for somebody with a passion to work hard and be a team player and wants to grow with our company.

The position is for 16 hours per week, Monday-Friday Plus overtime if required.

We will offer a competitive salary for the right candidate. Once the right amount of training and experienced has been achieved.

Successful candidates must be tidy, smart, well organised and ability to pay attention to detail.

We require you to dress smart in suitable office clothes at all times especially when we relocate to our new Workshop / office locally.

You must be able to work as part of a team and also have the ability to use your own initiative. This is a customer servicing roll therefore presentation and customer communication is key.

Day to Day Duties Include:

  • Handling Customer calls
  • Booking Appointments
  • Stock Control
  • Support the Engineers on the road and in our workshop.
  • Data Entry
  • Basic Booking and Accounts
  • E commerce
  • General Office duties
  • Delivery and collection arrangements
  • Promote our services and assist with sales

OUR Goal is for the right candidate to be able to work alone and manage the office and support team to cover annual holidays in the future.  However you will receive the full support from the Office and the Technical Manager on a day to day basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have a min of C and Above in  Math’s, English, Physics / Science

Additional Notes

Must hold a clean Driving License.

Aged 20+

Be able to use MS Windows, on Word and Excel.

CRM (Customer Relations Management) experience would be an advantage.
